Lateness and Cancellations

• Arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.

• If you are not feeling well and are experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, a fever or any other unusual symptoms, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule the appointment, at no charge.

• A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. 718 Wellness adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us at 1-718-915-2830 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s)
